1. How Can I order a custom gift set?

Please use the contact form to submit a request for custom gift box. Outline clearly which items you would like to include as well as a budget you would like me to work with. If you like a gift box on the website but would like to add, remove or replace an item, please include the name of the gift box in your message as well as the item(s) you would like to add, remove or replace.

2. How can I see ALL the products in the gift sets?

All gift set links have multiple pictures of all products included in the set if you scroll through. There are also videos available on my Instagram page @thebabyelephantstore

3. What currency are your products listed in?

All products are listed in US dollars.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, I am unable to cancel or change ANY orders placed, for any reason. However, I will try my best to ensure you are happy with your order. If you would like assistance when placing an order, please use the contact form and I will try my best to ensure you are fully satisfied before placing the order.

5. I forgot to add my promo code. Can you adjust my order? 

All promo codes, gift cards, or store credit must be used at the time of order placement. I can NOT adjust an order once it's been placed. 

6. What is your return policy?

I am not accepting returns at this time. Please contact me for any questions you may have before placing an order using the contact form. I want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. 

7. Do you offer Free Shipping? 

Yes! Free shipping may be applied on orders over $100 with code FREESHIPPING. Please keep in mind that this code can not be combined with any other promotional discount codes. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for international customers at this time. 

8. How quickly will my order ship?

I try my best to ship orders within a day or two, however please allow 3-5 business days for customized orders. Orders will ship out Monday-Friday.

9. Can I expedite/rush my order? 

If you need an order expedited please let me know by sending me a message in the contact form. I will try my best to accommodate. However, there may be additional shipping charges for expedited packages.  

10. What if my package is lost or stolen?

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.  

11. Do you accept exchanges?

After an order has been shipped, I am unable to accept exchanges. Please description and sizing guide carefully before ordering.  

12. Where is my order confirmation email?

An order confirmation email is sent automatically when an order is placed. After confirming that your order confirmation email did not go to your spam/junk folder and you believe you are missing it, we would be happy to assist if you contact us at thebabyelephantstore@gmail.com
